A good example how wild animals, even predators, have feeling and show love to someone they trust and who shows them love in return. It’s so obvious he misses his ‘dad’, knows when he usually comes home, and looks forward to him to coming through the gate with excitement.

I know right, I would miss the boy all day just like Messi misses his papa whenever he isn't around. I guess Sasha cannot stay overnight anywhere because Messi gets very upset when he doesn't see him for 24 hours. Sweet boy who adores his daddy! You can see that Sasha also adores his boy Messi. Unconditional love both ways!

@@AwoudeX if the woman was on barefoot then yes. but a women wearing heals would produce those type of sound. but looking at it again and judging by the tud sound intervals and gap between each step it is likely to be the cat. the woman would have to walk faster with short steps gaps to produce that many tuds while wearing heels. its also due to having wooden floors and this cat have been domesticated no longer has to use stealth to eat.

Game Zone my cat is capable of walking silently but he often makes sounds walking. I think it’s because when they don’t care they don’t make the effort... 😂

Ya his videos prompted me to look into having one as a pet. You can in my state, but you need a permit. I think you’d have to get a female though. Messi is only about half the weight of a typical male. Maybe slightly more. But he’s an average size for a female cougar. It sounds like there’s a lot of work and expense we don’t see in these vids though. Average vet bills are $7500 a year, and feeding them is also expensive and fairly difficult. For example they feed Messi chicken feet with every meal so he gets bone marrow. I have no idea how to get chicken feet, and am not sure I want to.

Their expressiveness is their way of expressing their feelings ( I'm hungry, or I'm trying to say hello the same way you humans do).

Still better behaved than our 18lb tabby we adopted from the NHSPCA 14yrs ago who passed away this past July. He'd been abandoned outdoors for almost 2yrs before he ended up at the shelter. Attacked us a number of times when we first got him. He mellowed a little over the years but was never a cuddle cat. He sat w/you on his terms. Still miss him though, the grumpy bastard. He even chased foxes out of the yard. Love to have a Puma/Mountain Lion though.
