I’m not sure Messi went to Gerda’s enclosure to invite her for a walk but it was glorious to see him less concerned or fearful. 😊 Why did Gerda hang out in the corner? Was she waiting for Messi to unknowingly walk by her? Was she playing with him? These two have grown so much with the training & love Sasha & Masha provide. A very entertaining video definitely a favorite of mine. Thanks to all who provide these lovely glimpses into the wonderful world of wild cats. 💙🐆💝

Это конечно за кадром... Не позавидуешь этой паре, особенно женщине, которая вместо детей нянчит пуму и гепарда... Мужик - нарцисс, хотя внешность отталкивающая... Сам себе цены не сложит... Ну всяко бывает... Люди по-разному живут... Звери доход приносят и хорошо

Thank you for sharing- life with us. It has taken you many years to build your life. And now is the pay off. Day to day living in your wonderful environment. The Cats really keep on enjoying each other's presence.....So interesting to watch. 2 big Cats from 2 different continents. Most likely they will never bond as trusted friends. Maybe impossible. Time will tell, but for now they are beloved Frenemies who bring needed excitement and curiosity stimulation to each other. It is sooo good for them.

This is true: these guys did it well with the house, the yard as well as the enclosure. In Russia, not every owner of wild predators was able to create such conditions for their animals. Although I must say at this point that the holding of predators is prohibited since the beginning of 2022 by a newly enacted law! However, the existing owners, who have created adequate habitats for their animals, have not been expropriated. But there have been a lot of cases, especially with the wrong diet, by the people who have bought a wild cub or puppy (bcs..of 'fashion'!🤦), so that their animals have become sick, especially as far as the formation of the bones is concerned.. Many such poor souls have bought volunteers from their owners and brought them to the appropriate facilities. But unfortunately, not all of such animals could be helped..( Wandering zoos were also banned, finely! Thank God! 🙏🏼 In such horrible prisons, poor beasts eked out a miserable existence for several years!(( Some of these rescued animals can be seen in the hospice "Tiger House" by St. Petersburg, also in the animals park "Pride's Land" - "Парк Львов Земля Прайда" by Moscow

God has obviously blessed this couple. I pray for them. They have accomplished the impossible and are sharing these wonderful animals with the world. I personally have benefited by watching life with big Cat Messi that I could never have enjoyed otherwise. My big cat (housecat) turned me on to what a large cat is like. He took down huge Dogs that wandered into our yard. He would ride their backs and then flip off, somersault fashion into a tree and the Dogs could not get at him. I miss him so much that I cry anytime I am remembering him. He was a very cool cool Cat that everyone fought over to get sleeping rights with in my family. For me, Messi reminds me so much of him and makes me forget that I won't see my huge buff kitty Cat until I get to heaven. They are so much alike and I love and adore this couple, Messi and Gerda. Animals are owned by a huge majority of stupid people. Wild or domestic. I try to make sure that people understand that the only suitable back yard for Lions is on the plains of Africa, and so on. So we basically agree. Sasha and Masha are doing much for world peace because they are exposing the truth about Russia and Russians. Whenever I hear the warmongers in my country on youtube wanting to defeat Russia, I send them one of the Messi videos and ask.... you really want to kill this family *???* I was privileged to work among many college kids from countries around the world and the only ones I loved were the Russians. We in other countries should emulate them.@@whitecat3923

Messi is funny with Gerda! No matter how nice she is to him, he still has to hiss & pull his ears flat. Gerda just looks at him like, what! Then walks off! Shows he is still a wild cat, just a lot kinder than one in the wild! Love Messi & Gerda! You both take such good care of both wild kitties!

I love to see their friendship it's so wonderful. Their communication is so much better than the day they met for the first time. Messi decided when to progress in his communication, Gerda wanted to bond from the start. And if they play and it becomes a bit much, let's say Messi get a slap from her. It probably means he needed that slap and will remember to play nicely next time.
